Naturally, it was hard water. And the refrigerator wasn't working, so we couldn't cool the water. The air conditioner wasn't working, so we couldn't use either the heating or the cooling. The temperature wasn't extreme, so we got through it a little chilly. The room was described as having a courtyard view, but the view wasn't anything special, so it was a bit disappointing."

We reported it to the hotel staff, but they just told us it was 'normal' and offered to give us a fan if we were too hot 🙈. Spending summer in Paris with no AC and a really thick duvet made it impossible to sleep; we didn't get a wink of sleep for two nights. The location is great and convenient for getting around, but if a good night's rest is important to you, I absolutely do not recommend this hotel."

"From arrival to departure, the staff were very attentive to ensuring our stay went smoothly. They responded promptly to all our requests. The breakfast was excellent, although the buffet was limited (no raw vegetables, not many savory options, and not a wide variety of cheeses), and it was a shame to charge extra for avocado and salmon, and sometimes there was no more baguette at 9:50 am… but the eggs were cooked very well. The bedding was comfortable. The gym had the bare minimum for working out, but the jacuzzi and sauna were top-notch. Ultimately, the hotel's biggest advantage remains its ideal location for running along the Quai d'Orsay, attending events at the Grand Palais, or strolling along the Champs-Élysées. It's also close to Les Invalides and all the surrounding quality shops and restaurants."
